We provide professional interior & exterior painting services for homes in Brentwood, Discovery Bay & Oakley. We're licensed, bonded, insured and we show up on time! Great rates and quality work for jobs as simple as a bathroom repaint, a multi-room project in an occupied home or a complete interior and exterior paint job. We have the experience and motivation to get it done right and we are committed to exceeding your expectations.
For many homeowners, painting projects are often put off because the idea of working with contractors and the associated household disruption can be a headache. We take a lot of pride in providing a hassle-free contractor experience. We return phone calls, respond to emails, arrive on time for appointments, arrive consistently to work on your project, address any questions or concerns you have and check in daily with updates of what we’re doing and what’s next. We have a game plan for each job so we impact your daily lives as little as possible. On interiors we work room by room so your whole house isn’t disrupted at once and gives you a chance to make preparations for each area. As part of our service we carefully move, cover and put back your heavy furniture during the process. There’s a lot of painters out there... You’ve got the unlicensed side job guy who works on the cheap late into the evening and on your weekends that you have to babysit and never seems to quite finish or the licensed big outfit with the fancy folders, whose primary concern is sales and numbers, who you can never get a hold of after you sign on the dotted line. Once you sign they pass your contact info to the foreman who was never part of your consultation details and promises often get overlooked. Actually both outfits have some great attributes, so we've combined their highlights: the guy you are paying is actually doing the work at a reasonable price and we have the experience and the required contractor’s license and insurance to do so. We don’t use constantly changing crews of guys with varying experience who are not nearly as invested with the outcome of your project and your overall experience. My business partner and I have been working together for over 2 decades and do all the work ourselves. We take great pride in what we do, we do one project at a time and focus 100% of our attention on getting your job done right, on time and on budget |
Usually new customers are referred to us by our past customers, find us online or see us working on a project in their neighborhood.
When you contact us, either directly through our website or by phone/text, we will set an appointment to meet at your home and discuss your project at a time that works well with your schedule. This usually takes 15- 30 minutes. Once I have a clear understanding of what you want done I will email you a no obligation written quote. Don’t get your arm twisted by high pressure sales tactics from guys who require “both decision makers” to be home and want to sit at your kitchen table and force you to make a decision at that moment.
Our quotes are very thorough and include the scope of work, how we will approach the job, the materials we’ll use, the costs involved, how long the job will take, our availability, etc. Don’t fall for “estimates” that appear cheaper up front just to have bogus costs added mid project.
Once you look it over and sign, date and return the proposal to us we’ll secure your paint job on our schedule. We will communicate effectively, work out all the details and answer any questions or concerns you may have, including any color selection assistance or matches you may need, prior to our start. With the details in place and all the bases covered, when your painting project begins it will go very smoothly.
We will arrive at the scheduled date and time, on time, and begin the process. Whether it is an interior or exterior paint job, we carefully move and cover any personal property in the areas we are working in such as beds and dressers or hose reels and patio furniture outside. We methodically protect all areas not being painted with a combination of plastic sheeting, tarps, masking paper and tape.
Once that's done we spend the proper amount of time to prepare the surfaces prior to painting. Each job has a different combination of needs that we will perform ranging from sanding, caulking, patching, priming, sealing, crack repairs, disassembly of fixtures and hardware, etc. all of which are included in the project cost.
Once the painting begins the transformation of making an area new again begins to take shape. Sometimes it actually looks worse before it gets better, but trust me the prep is critical! Once we have everything dialed in and looking sharp we’ll remove the masking, reassemble the hardware and fixtures, replace your furniture and other items, followed by a diligent clean up job. Voila, it’s all new again!
